Food, was ready relatively quickly ... The drinks machine was no longer carbonated, so the drinks were all stale ... On my complaint ... I only got one I DON'T UNDERSTAND.

The employees are personable, but they work very, very, slowly. Hygiene regulations are a catastrophe, not even napkins are given out to dry their hands after washing their hands.

Burger King as such definitely has the best burgers for me ... however, the Burger King here in Rosbach is on the lower end. There is nothing wrong with the food itself (it is identical everywhere) but in 8 out of 10 cases the bag is missing from the drive in ... or - especially "funny": "A double whopper please." "In the menu?" "No, just the burger without anything!" -> What do I get? A dry bun with a meat paddy ?! That they didn't just pack the empty packaging for me at "ohne alles" was just missing!

The staff make a friendly impression but unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars due to the long waiting times (above average for a fast food restaurant) and lack of cleanliness. Of course I will correct this recession if it improves.

I ask for a meal to be super sized and she said it can be but she charged me extra for fries and a milk shake ??? Sorry Burger King but you need to train your staff better at this location. The lady coworker then helped me but was not very friendly and quite childish and told me I was not allowed to have a milk shake. WHAT ? Never deny a customer his order. She should have charged me an extra 45 cents but said no. She was also wrong. I said forget it and went to McDonald's. Your loss BK.

Very friendly staff, food was ready quickly and very tasty. Restaurant was clean. We were very happy and satisfied. :)

Very rude staff

The service takes a relatively long time, so the queue was very big. When I had my menu though my chips were warm which is not always common, however, the vending machine was so friendly to warm my drink too. The burgers were tidy and the service was friendly. On the positive side is also the store was very clean.

It's a burger king!! Not on the highway but not very far from it. Gas prices on the shell pump next to it are cheaper than the highway stations.
